Grant Thornton LLP grows its Forensic Advisory Services practice with the addition of Anthony Creamer, Christopher Hanson, Brian Sullivan and Scott Peoples. Based in Philadelphia, the group strengthens Grant Thornton’s litigation, investigation, accounting control review, compliance, and valuation and bankruptcy-related service offerings.

“Anthony and his team boast tremendous forensic accounting acumen with deep roots in the Atlantic Coast region,” said Fred Kohm, practice leader of Grant Thornton’s Forensic Advisory Services practice in Philadelphia. “Their international experience will be invaluable to our clients, and will also help drive the continued growth of the firm’s forensic services capabilities.”

He has led teams of consultants in forensic and fraud investigations, bankruptcies and debt restructuring-related engagements. He is a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor and received a master’s degree in business administration from the Wharton School of Business at The University of Pennsylvania. Most of Hanson’s early career was at Arthur Andersen & Co. and he was most recently a director at Navigant.
  • *Brian Sullivan – Sullivan joins as a Forensic Advisory Services director. He has 20 years of experience providing consulting in complex disputes as well as leading special accounting investigations and restatements. Sullivan’s experience includes extensive work in financial services, healthcare, investment management, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and software. He is a CPA and a Chartered Financial Analyst. Sullivan received a bachelor’s degree in economics and international relations from The University of Pennsylvania.  He began his career at Arthur Andersen & Co. and was most recently a director at Navigant.
  • *Scott Peoples – Peoples joins as a Forensic Advisory Services senior manager.  He has nearly 15 years of consulting experience in complex financial analysis, valuation, litigation, investigation and bankruptcy-related services, and has led large teams of consultants in data and document intensive engagements.
